Research is still somewhat limited, but there appears to be a lot of benefits to mindfulness meditation for people with ADHD, anxiety, or chronic pain. It is also helpful for someone who needs a mental break to recharge your batteries when you're feeling overwhelmed. This app is my favorite for a few reasons:
